Return Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

If you have a reaction to a product, reach out to us within 14 days and we'll take care of it, opened or not. Just contact us first before sending anything back so we can help sort it out.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders where advertised. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
